Best experience ive had in a minute Eric helped me out a lot , and knew what he was talking about with cars , would rather spend my money at this shop then any other shop

Put brand new tires and did alignment. I don’t know what they did wrong but tires end it up getting ruin due to bad alignment. Despite rotating tires and air pressure always checked still tires got damage. You’re better off doing alignment somewhere else couse they don’t take responsibility and started making up excuses and blaming things that could have possibly had been wrong with the car.

$800 for brakes and rotors that sqeek took it back says it’s good now, brakes sqeek louder. Lazy as heck I highly disappointed and I do not recommend this company. SMH

Went for a tire alignment and they tried to tell me having caster in the red was normal. They did not tell me why it was in the red or recommendations for a fix. My truck is still pulling to the right despite waiting 3 hours. I now have to find out why my truck is pulling to the right. My alignment still had red in the readings. They thought I didn’t know anything. All I do is work on this truck constantly and would like honesty when I pay for services regarding this vehicle. The mechanic didn’t speak English and gave up on my vehicle. I was issued a refund and told it was the streets fault for the pull. Don’t bother going here unless you need to fix a flat. The tire alignment was a waste of time and I’m back to square zero.

When a towing company speaks well of a tire store, experience tells me they know what they are talking about. Pacific Tire made, what could have been an unfortunate day, just another thing to do in the day. They answered the phone quickly and were friendly. They advised me what I'd need to do. Told me to come on my own schedule. They were efficient, straightforward. And, they went above and beyond with the product they provided me. I recommend them with 5 stars. I didn't expect a fancy waiting lounge - and I didn't get one. What I DID get was quick, courteous, professional service. And I'll take that over a fancy waiting room any day.
