I’ve been taking classes at Pack Dance for a few years starting right after I moved to St Louis! Located in the lovely Central West End neighborhood. I live nearby, so I love walking to class and then walking to a restaurant or coffee shop afterwards. Most of the adult classes are open level and very accessible to both new and experienced dancers. And the best part is classes are all drop-ins, so no stress about signing up for a semester-long class. Pack Dance is a very safe space for all bodies and identities and abilities, and I’m very thankful to have found my new third space. I loved all the teachers, regular clients, and the founder Arica so much that I joined their professional company after about a year. 10/10 can’t praise them enough.

I always enjoy the atmosphere and people in classes at Pack Dance. It is a great place to take dance classes no matter how old. I would recommend Pack Dance to anyone looking for dance classes!

The instructor Theo was and is AMAZING! He made sure that I didn’t feel bad about not knowing how to dance. I feel bad for being so bad at dancing and for holding up the class. We got to :58 of one song in an hour long class and I was able to get about 87% of the dance moves. As fun as it was I might not go back since I slowed down the class. Theo is just fantastic though it was my first ever dance class he made everyone feel good, appreciated and loved. Thank you Theo.
