I had an appointment at Pack Opticals this afternoon and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was very courteous, patient and professional. Dr. Alisha was especially thorough and made me feel well taken care of. She took time to explain her observation in detail. Truly a great experience. I would highly recommend Pack Opticals.

Dr. Alisha is an excellent optometrist. She is professional, timely, and incredibly informative. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciate her attention to detail and the quality of care she provides. Highly recommend!

Absolutely five stars. From check-in to checkout, the staff was friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful. My eye exam was thorough, every step was explained in plain English, and they answered all my questions with patience. I left feeling confident about my prescription and my eye health. I wanted to like them but they never wanted me to give them a try! I’ve been looking for a place that can do my lips and I am one of those patients that asks question with any doctor or nurse! I have to get trust as I’ve had horrible experiences with some doctors that just plain didn’t care that I’m crying and in pain! So decided to email the nurse about some questions and concerns. She replied maybe once and she then decided to not reply after asking about some questions! I really wanted to give them a try med spa a try but now since all that happened it makes me wonder if it would’ve been worth it! Oh well
