We were serviced by Josh, Cody, and Maddie and thank God we had them come out to help us. What seemed like a "someday" repair to us turned fire as they found a TON of issues in our home that EASILY could have caused a house fire. They replaced our exterior lines, meter box, and our breaker box. The exterior line was not properly secured to the house, it was leaking water into our old breaker box, there was no grounding rod for our system, and in the main power line they found an arc had melted some of the connections which was a MASSIVE safety hazard. After completely replacing the exterior system and running a new (correctly-sized) grounding wire to our water system, they relabeled our box accurately (it was a mess beforehand) and gave us some recommendations on connections we could run in the future. Fantastic customer service from the moment they arrived to the moment they left and the work looks fantastic. Not to mention they started at about 9:30 and we're finished by 3:30 with power fully restored.
