These guys are legends. Took my car in after servicing alleged some work needed to be done. Sam and the team had a look and identified what work actually needed doing, and what didn't. They could have easily created work/ extra pay for themselves as the warranty was covering it, but they didn't. They took photos of the internals and talked me through everything. I'd use them any day.

Palazzo automotive have been so amazing, can’t recommend these guys enough. I had a family emergency and had to go over seas, which meant I was u able to collect my vehicle after an inspection. Palazzo kept my vehicle stored and safe while I was away and didn’t charge me a dollar. Such amazing people. Thanks so much guys

Just picked up my car from Palazzo Automotives and honestly can’t thank them enough. They sorted out the mod permit stuff for my re-registration and were super helpful through the whole process. Made everything way easier than I expected, especially dealing with the Department of Transport side of things. Really appreciate how professional and straightforward they were to deal with. Would 100% recommend them if you need anything done properly. Legends. Cheers again!

I took my car here a few times when under warranty because it was one of the businesses attached to my warrantor so seemed easier. Nothing unusual initially, but just after the last service the car bonnet started smoking and it appeared there was some hose issue. I called Palazzo to arrange having it towed there and Sam was so incredibly unhelpful that I just didn’t bother with them, called the RAC instead. Despite explaining they had just serviced it, Sam told me if I had it towed there they’d “get to it when they get to it”. Couldn’t tell me if that would be days away or any time frame at all, and told me he probably didn’t have room in the lot for my car, as in if you tow it here we will leave it out on the street. I didn’t say anything to him on the phone but the obvious question was why a car just serviced by them had a loose/broken hose? I wouldn’t have expected them to drop everything to fix my car and a few days wait is reasonable but I’m still bemused why he was so rude about it, like he was angry that I’d called my mechanic when my car broke down. Anyway, RAC were excellent and I’d never go back to Palazzos.
