Planned my morning to come to the west side to tackle all of my errands accordingly. This place was suppose to open at 9am. It is 9:34 the doors are locked…. myself and few customers have been out sitting in our cars waiting. two customers got tired of waiting and left! My first time at this specific facility and will be my last

Victoria was so amazing! My fiancé and I came in to start memberships but definitely were not sure about what would be best for us. She was so informative, so kind and just made it a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the experience and I appreciate the guidance from Victoria. :)

They seem to try hard to sell products to the point where it’s uncomfortable. I purchased a membership and every time I go in to use my membership they want me to run outside and get my credit card so I can buy some other product. Then I paid for a product that one of them says I needed, and found out I didn’t get it. The next time I went they didn’t say I needed that product and they tried to sell me a product that I thought I had paid for the last time, but she said I didn’t.get it. Anyway very inconsistent and frustrating. If it keeps on being a hassle just to be able to run in and get a tan, I’ll discontinue the membership. I’m still giving a chance for a little longer. I do like the new location though.

I tried getting a tan a week ago. The girls in the front are nice for the most part. They tried getting me to sign up for a membership. I get it, that’s their job but I felt as though it was a little on the pushy side. I told the girl nicely that I wasn’t interested in a membership and that I wanted to pay for an individual tan. This whole process took about 15 min, finally as I was about to pay for my tan. They told me that as of whatever date you guys aren’t taking cash. I went through all that just to get turned down because I had cash. It just felt like this transaction took a lot of effort. I used to go to the previous location by Katy Freeway and it was the easiest thing to just buy a tan and get it done. This was a bad experience. I was going to post a yelp review but saw a few other reviews to see if others had the same experience as I did. I love palm beach tan but after this I will look for other options in my area. I’m not looking for anything just giving you a heads up that this isn’t good for your business.
