This company is amazing. John Cohen supervised the entire job. He is VERY good at his job. He kept up with every step of the construction. The workers are skilled and efficient. They also clean up after themselves! I would highly recommend this company. I would be happy for anyone to see the work Palm did at my house.

We recently worked with Ben at Palm Construction to complete a patio/deck for our new pool as well as a huge landscaping project we had been needing to do. From the first meeting to the final walk through, Ben and his team were amazing! The quality of work is amazing and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Palm Construction recently completed a list of home improvements that I have been needing and wanting for years. Some things were upgrades, others repairs. Palm Construction succeeded in exceeding my expectations for all. From the first meeting, John Cohen orchestrated all the subcontractors and timelines and frequently monitored the progress. The project started and progressed faster than I ever would have thought. I was caught off guard by how ready and able John’s team was. I was thinking a few months. In less than a month, John landed the final details to a huge new deck, complete new floors downstairs (both carpet and luxury vinyl), new roof, concrete walkway, custom rug and repaired cracked walls. All of the subcontractors were equally impressive including the floor specialist Jonathan. It can be stressful thinking about renovation and repair projects like this, but this is as painless and enjoyable as it can possibly get. John Cohen is very personable and super attentive. I feel like I have a new house! I couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism.
