Look no further. You have found the BEST. Experienced, knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy, courteous and great customer service. They know how to do floors! They helped us make the best choice for our floors and we couldn't be happier with the results. We love our new floors. Every aspect of the entire project was tops. I have never left a 2 Star Review before and was tempted to leave a 1 Star. The 2 Pros; the Installation crew was great led by Jesus and the floors look good. My level of outright anger of Door to Door is enormous. Was blown up by an IED in Kabul, Afghanistan in April 2004. I am classified has 100% disabled by the government. I have lost both knees and they continue to try and remove more shrapnel as the 27th surgery to remove shrapnel this time in my wrist was during the install. That was unexpected when I agreed to the install as they found the shrapnel on Thursday, October 16 and since the shrapnel was moving into my wrist joint they wanted not get it out before it caused damage. I had never been through replacing floors before. I ended up in the ER twice during the install having to move things causing my wrist incision to open and have it re-glued. Only talked to 2 companies on the flooring, Door to Door and a company in Lake Travis both of which had a 4.9 ranking in reviews. I THOUGHT I was dealing with 2 top notch companies. I told Dood to Door I did not want to move anything. I certainly expected my Project to be priced according to what I said. Makes me wonder if the other company was slightly higher because they actually bid what I asked for in the Project. If Door to Door had actually been honest with me that a turn key Project was not do-able, I would have hired people to help me.

I had a great experience with Door to Door Flooring! Scheduling the free estimate/consultation was easy, I received the quote within the expected timeframe. They took care of mailing me wood flooring samples, and once received, we were able to quickly coordinate installation date. The crew arrived on time (even slightly early which was great), they were professional and did a great job. We love the new floors and are highly satisfied with the service!

This team was top notch! They were so prompt to bring over any sample we requested, incredibly responsive with all of our questions, and did phenomenal work at such a great price! We scheduled consults with several different flooring companies and "Door to Door" was by far the most impressive and professional. Their material is high quality and the level of service was elite. We will definitely refer and hire them again!

Anne and the whole crew at Door to Door Flooring has been amazing to work with. I did a whole house laminate installation and will be using them on upcoming remodels for clients and investors. I've used other flooring vendors in Austin and have been disappointed by their lack of organization and communication. Not with Anne! She's been professional, responsive, and goes the extra mile to get me set up with a project and all the selection options. The installation crew was professional, quick and did an amazing job. The project manager informed me through the process and when a small warranty claim came up with the customer, they addressed swiftly and without push back. Overall great experience and highly recommend!
