I've been shopping at Palmers for many years especially at Christmas looking forward to choosing our Christmas. After the experience today I won'tbe returning nor reccomending. The man serving us (tall, dark haired with a beard) was rude, dismissive and frankly unhelpful with zero customer service skills. What a shame you've lost a loyal customer.

Great selection of plants at various prices. Cute cafe, had a very tasty bacon and sausage sandwich! Dog friendly... unfortunately, not my dog though 🙈 Plenty of parking too. Great surprise having two little horses there but not sure if they were there for a special occasion or if they're regular guests ❤️

Lots of plants have no price on so eventually gave up on choosing any, though they all looked fresh and healthy. Lovely cafe- reduced menu as chef not in- but lovely - and big-bacon sarnie. Health and safety issue was a hosepipe on ground snaking the length of the pathway to ccafe.Must go back and try cocktails advertised . Review would be higher with plant labels and safe access.

We've had our front garden landscaped and most of the plants have come from Palmers plants (Box hedging, Lavender and Arenaria Blizzard) all growing beautifully. we chose palmers plants when sourcing the Box - their plants were best size for our purpose at the best price. Thank you

Lovely place, great range of stock and well looked after, mine have come out lovely now planted up . Nice café on site for a coffee or hot food.
