While my dog was being boarded, he was attacked by another dog (we had paid for a separate room so that things like this wouldn’t happen). he was bitten on his neck and had to go to the vet to get staples to fix it. they told us it happened on saturday but didn’t tell us or call us until monday. the lady said she new because she had to look back on the video footage which means she didn’t know it happened until monday. their first story was that our dog got into another yard then this happened. then they changed their story to another dog got into my dogs room. we asked to see the video footage to see what they saw but they would not let us. they were obviously very neglectful towards our dog which means they were the same towards the rest of them as well. i will never return to this place after this experience.
