Our driver, Rafiq, arrived earlier than expected, which was great. It was a rainy & cold day, so we all had a chance to get seated without rushing. Rafiq was so helpful with water and breakfast bag distribution. He ably aided those who needed assistance with going up and getting off the bus. He is a great and safe driver!!! I highly recommend Panorama Tours for all your road travel. Hayley and Darlene are efficient and very pleasant.!!!

If you ever get the chance to ride with Levi from Panorama Tours—take it. I just spent two days on a trip with him behind the wheel, and he is hands-down the best bus driver I’ve ever encountered. Levi is the total package: incredibly safe, professional, and skilled—but also genuinely hilarious. He had our whole group laughing and relaxed the entire ride. You can tell he really cares about the people he’s driving and takes pride in what he does. Long hours on the road somehow became one of the highlights of our trip—and that’s all thanks to Levi.
