Our driver, Rafiq, arrived earlier than expected, which was great. It was a rainy & cold day, so we all had a chance to get seated without rushing. Rafiq was so helpful with water and breakfast bag distribution. He ably aided those who needed assistance with going up and getting off the bus. He is a great and safe driver!!! I highly recommend Panorama Tours for all your road travel. Hayley and Darlene are efficient and very pleasant.!!!

I recently traveled with Panorama Tours, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The bus was clean, comfortable, and arrived right on time. The seats were spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ride was smooth from start to finish. A special mention goes to our driver, Eddie, who was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled behind the wheel. He made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey, provided clear announcements, and handled traffic with ease and confidence. It’s not often that public transportation feels this reliable and pleasant — I’ll definitely be choosing Panorama Tours again for future trips. Highly recommend!

If you ever get the chance to ride with Levi from Panorama Tours—take it. I just spent two days on a trip with him behind the wheel, and he is hands-down the best bus driver I’ve ever encountered. Levi is the total package: incredibly safe, professional, and skilled—but also genuinely hilarious. He had our whole group laughing and relaxed the entire ride. You can tell he really cares about the people he’s driving and takes pride in what he does. Long hours on the road somehow became one of the highlights of our trip—and that’s all thanks to Levi. He deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Panorama Tours is lucky to have him!

On May 23, I took one of my classes on a field trip using Panorama as our method of transportation, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Rafiq Nelson as our driver. From the moment we boarded, Rafiq was warm, professional, and reassuring, putting students, parents, and staff at ease. He navigated the route smoothly and safely, arriving at every stop right on time. His calm demeanor and clear communication made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would be thrilled to ride with Rafiq again and highly recommend him for any school or group trip!

Levi Newton did a very good job. His driving skills are impeccable the ride was very smooth. He drives the bus like an absolute professional. His manners, patience and attitude towards the riders were outstanding as well.
