We had such a great time on the Christmas tour. It was a first time on a trolley tour so we didn't know what to expect. This was so well planned. We went to Franklin Square, Smedly Steeet, Miracle on 13th Street, and Skinny Jeoy Cheesesteaks. The host was very sweet. He told Christmas jokes and we sang Christmas songs. Everyone was in a good mood. Sometimes you don't know with strangers. He told us exactly how much time we had at each stop, which was about 20 minutes, and exactly were to meet. If you got lost then you just were not paying attention lol. The driver was also very nice and he participated in as much cheer as he could. I felt he drove very safely, which is important to me because I'm a nervous nelly in the city. I wish we had more time at each stop but thats not the tours fault.

We rented a trolley for 23 people. The trolley was nice and clean and our driver was good. However, this tour company needs to just play christmas music and forget about the guy giving historical city facts. This was a different tour company than we used last year and last year was way better. The company from last year had upbeat christmas music and a guy playing a guitar or something, which was much more festive. This tour had too much talking. More music and less talking is my advice for next year! Also I wish there was an option for pick up and drop off in south philly

Our trip was wonderful! Since we were a few minutes early the gentleman who greeted us on 5th st. guided us to a warm spot to wait for our trolley. Mrs Claus was a perfect tour guide. She kept us entertained and informed throughout the ride. Aaron was a great driver, maneuvering us around the difficult snowy south philly streets. Kudos to your team, I definitely recommend your group and look forward to returning next year!

Our group of 6 close lady friends very much enjoyed the Philadelphia Holiday Trolley Tour! The lights+decorations at the 3 stops were beautiful & very festive!! Our Trolley ELF ‘Kararina’ was awesome & made the ride fun with games+singing, and she took photos of us with our phones! Our driver ‘Hassan’ was great - navigating the Trolley through very narrow streets lined with cars! We definitely recommend others take that Holiday Tour!

Great and reasonable tour! After navigating to the starting point to redeem my voucher we were treated to a WONDERFUL tour of historic and current Philadelphia culture. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable; the driver was kind and courteous as well! We purchased the two day package so we’re back today to get off the stops and explore more up close! I have done the same tour RED buses in other cities and this one did not disappoint! Excellent value for your money!
