The group classes are really small, like I was welcomed by name despite it being my first time. I was first asked about any injuries or mobility limitations before each workout in the round was demonstrated. I was spoken to like a human being, not talked down to or an assumption that I knew each movement. Chris was very kind and energetic. I felt comfortable to challenge myself with the weights and not pressured to go higher than I felt comfortable handling. I’ve only heard good things about this place and I’m glad it lives up to the hype.

Since starting my health journey, Chris brought a personal touch and accountability that provided a springboard for the past year. He genuinely takes an interest in each of his attendees lives and asks them about details in their lives that have been previously shared. From the boot camps to the strength training, he’s very good about helping to tailor workouts to your specific goals and physical shape, as well as providing flexibility. As someone who was starting from ground zero I could think of no better place to have built a physical foundation and confidence in myself in such a welcoming environment.

Whether you are a longtime athlete or an absolute beginner, this is the place for you! I have never been very athletic and have always felt uncomfortable and awkward at gyms, but Panthro has been such a great place for me to get started. Chris is the best! He makes bootcamp fun (but don't tell him because he will work you even harder lol). I love the community that he and all the trainers have built. Everyone is so nice and encouraging! I actually look forward to bootcamp - and I never thought I'd say that!
