When I first met Bryan, I was a physical mess. I had an Achilles injury that was over a year old and not healing. I had just started physical therapy for the second time and had stopped all forms of working out. I was in pain and struggling every single day. Bryan convinced me that I could still work out and begin rebuilding my strength while recovering from my injury. He explained that their training would work hand-in-hand with my physical therapist and help me get stronger safely. I started working out with Jillian, and I truly don’t have enough good things to say about her or about Leg1on. I am so happy to be working out again. I feel stronger every time I walk into the building, and I honestly have never been more motivated — Bryan and Jillian gave me that confidence back. I was scared to return to the gym and needed someone I could trust, and I’m so grateful I put my trust in them. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Definitely one of the best gyms in Pittsburgh without a doubt. If you’re looking for one on one personal training, there’s no better place to stay consistent and stay motivated. All the equipment is state-of-the-art and super clean. I love bringing friends in and getting them toned up at Leg1on!

Great gym for working out, equipment is in great shape. Coach Bryan knows his stuff, he's very enthusiastic and motivates you to achieve your goals. There's a lot of flexibility on what you want to do and what you can actually do. Would recommend 100%
