Me
I walked in the store on a Sunday afternoon, the 2 attendants completely disregarded my presence. One was on her mobile phone and the other kept shifting boxes despite glaring at me. I walked around the entire store without any assistance. I approached the counter to pay and the attendant didn't seem bothered that she was seen on the phone in front of a customer. The interaction seemed such an effort for her. She didn't waste anytime getting back on that phone as I left. Such poor customer service from those two ladies.

This fine wine store was great - and now it's brilliant. A beautiful interior design was created in 2020 giving this well located shop a world class feel while retaining down to earth hospitality in retail. Well thought out selection of local craft beers, extensive spirits, locally produced wines and the imported wine offering is impressive too. As you would expect, the staff here love their work, know their craft and welcome you. Under cover parking offers free first hour or two which means plenty of browsing time..

Wow, wow, the best smallest wine shop in Adelaide, with in my opinion the best supermarket in Australia opposite. If you are staying in the city hop in a car an check them out. Nice people, great range, very good prices.

Unparelled wine selection, unbeatable prices and friendly knowledgeable staff. Several free wine tastings Fri-Sat and specials on boutique wines each week. Don't be put off that it's in a mall, Parade Cellars is a local favourite and one of the best wine shops in Adelaide. 🍷🍷

Andrew and Alex are great and knowledgeable about the local beer and wine scene. Range of product is pretty good and prices are quite decent. It may be small but they still get some amazing, rare treats from time to time.
