This was by far the worst cleaning experience we had. We booked Paradise Home Cleaning for Dec 24th as our regular cleaning company didn’t have availability around Christmas. Estefani showed up at 9am and although she seems to be nice, she was not a thorough cleaner and missed a lot of key areas around the house. We are not fussy people at all but when you hire cleaners you expect them to do at least the bare minimum or at least what you have listed on your website as part of the standard cleaning checklist. Estefania missed too many areas and I was actually feeling embarrassed telling her what all she has missed and I am not even super picky. Here is a high-level list of things that were missed: - Main living room carpet wasn't vacuumed til I asked her to and she lied by saying she vacuumed but it was clearly not done at all. - Flooring around the banisters on the entire staircase as well as the hand railing was missed and I had to ask her to clean. Even after asking she did a sloppy job. - She did not move any accent chairs, dining chairs, or any light furniture and didn’t bother cleaning floors under and around. It was all dusty behind the furniture and these furniture are very light and my 5 year old can move it with a slight push. - Main dining or the coffee table wasn't dusted and we had to clean it ourselves. - Stove knobs were not wiped. - Kitchen counter tops were left dirty and not cleaned. None of the appliances were moved from the countertop to clean under and behind. - Glass on French doors wasn’t wiped. - Laundry area mats were only vacuumed but she did not bothered moving the mats to clean under and I had to ask her to remove the mat and mop under it. - Laundry sink wasn't cleaned and we cleaned it ourselves. - Bathrooms have little hair all over the floors, in the shower she didn’t move any of the bottles to clean the ledge and did not clean the standing shower walls, just the floor. After Estefani left I informed Adam (the owner) of how bad the service was, he apologized and told me that he will book another service free of charge in the new year but since we were traveling out of country I asked him if we can arrange something in the first week of Feb once we are back. However in the new year on Jan 6th, Adam sends an email justifying Estefani’s crappy job and how we should have booked a deep cleaning instead. I was shocked and instead of replying I called Adam and walked him through his company’s website where he has a checklist of the standard cleaning and reminded him that half of the things Estefani didn’t even do. He said he will speak with Estefani again and get back to me. On Jan 12th Adam sends another long email with the same justification and more and informed me that he would like to go ahead with charging me a slightly discounted price. At that point I was so done dealing with him that I just told him to go ahead and charge me. There is no way I would let any cleaners from this company step into my home again and also based on the other negative reviews the cleaners are lazy, not well equipped and Adam who was trying to be super nice on the face, did not keep his word and charged me for a crappy service. Save your money and go somewhere else!o

We’ve been using the home cleaning service every two weeks for the past few months and it has been such a game changer. The team does an amazing job every time — our house always feels spotless and refreshed afterward. It has taken a huge amount of stress off my plate, and I honestly don’t know how we lived without it. The owner is incredibly responsive and always accommodating when we need to make changes to the schedule, which I really appreciate. Communication is easy and professional, and the quality of the cleaning is consistently excellent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and stress-free cleaning service!

Paradise Home Cleaning did an amazing job in my home! Occasionally, I do not have the time to clean my own home so I would call a cleaning company for help. Honestly, I have been disappointed every time, until, Paradise came to help me. They did such a great job, it makes me so happy and relieved. I will 100% call them again next time I’m struggling with work. Thank you so much!
