I came by at 9am on a Saturday morning to get my son’s school uniform pants repaired and they understood I needed it for Monday so, they told me to come back at 10am (great!). I come back at 10am and the pants are ready as promised and the repair is perfect. This business is professional, friendly and efficient. Will definitely be bringing future alterations and repairs here.

Sam helped me stitch a bralette and was incredibly kind, patient, and talented. The result turned out amazing, beautifully done and exactly what I wanted. Truly appreciate her care and craftsmanship. Highly recommend asking for sam but the whole team is wonderful!! ❤️

Absolutely amazed by the work done by Olga! I brought in a sweater that had been a very tough repair at home, and she did an incredible job patching it. The folks here even took the extra time to make sure they found the right thread because it proved very elusive, for some reason. Extremely grateful to everyone and especially Olga for her beautiful handiwork!

Amazing professionals! Exceptional and timely service! Came here last Friday to fix zipper on my coat. Not only they did not overcharge me for the unnecessary replacing of the whole zipper itself, but also identified the problem & in 10 minutes replaced only the zipper pull part right at the spot! Did not even take a penny. Coat serves me very well this winter and I’m super grateful:) Thank you SOOO much 1000000000000000% recommend this place!!!

I am so impressed with the service I received here! I came in for a clothing repair, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They handled my request very quickly and the quality of the repair work is absolutely flawless—it looks brand new! To my surprise and delight, they even offered this first-time service for free. This gesture of goodwill and their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly outstanding. I am extremely grateful and will definitely be coming back for any future tailoring needs.
