Zed was amazing at communicating all the details of what to expect in having my mom’s apartment cleaned for her return from a long hospital stay. The cleaner took many photos which showed how nicely it was cleaned. Would recommend without a doubt

The cleaners that showed up were fantastic, lovely people. Did a good job. The business model is very suspect though - structured to extract maximum fees from you as a client. When the crew got there - I had booked 4 cleaners for 4 hours - I told them the basement had already been cleaned and to please start on the priority areas (floors / bedrooms first, then kitchen / bath). They said they had to do the basement and garage first before they could do the rest of the house - which I thought was odd. I asked if we could change the plan to start on the areas I wanted and was told this the rule from head office. Couldn't understand the rationale for this. Then three hours into the clean I get a text message from head office asking to transfer another $300 to extend the crew time by 1 hour as they need more time to finish. It suddenly became clear why they started with the basement - because I really needed them to clean the kitchen (not the basement) and it would be tough to not extend. Ultimately we still capped it at 4 hours and they rushed through the kitchen and I had to have them skip cleaning all the cabinets (what I really wanted).

My husband and I needed our apartment cleaned before our move out so we used googled cleaning companies nearby and compared rates. We ended up choosing Now it’s Clean because it’s a family owned small business, the reviews were amazing, and the prices were in-line with local competitors. Zed called me shortly after I submitted the request form and went through all the packages and add ons clearly. When it came to the actual cleaning, Valeria did an amazing job cleaning our apartment!! She was very systematic with the cleaning, scrubbed our countertops and appliances until they were sparkling, and made sure our toilet was basically brand new. She even finished a little early and even asked us if there was anything else to clean before she left. We're very satisfied with the results and highly recommend this company to everyone ☺️

Had my condo deep cleaned today by Gabriella. I came home to a sparkling clean place ✨️ - she did an amazing job! I added on inside cupboards and fridge and stove to the service - well worth it. I'll be seeking a quote for weekly cleaning of my condo. Its also worth noting that the customer service and coordination with Zed was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend this cleaning firm!

I’ve used a few cleaning companies before and never truly satisfied. Cleaning companies charge a lot of money and usually aren’t worth it in my opinion because the deep clean is never deep. I was very satisfied with the service received today. They did a fantastic job and left the areas they were hired to do sparkling, very clean and organized…the standards you’d expect for the price. Thank you to the two ladies that came through last minute!
