I wish I could rate Per Paradise higher than 5 stars! We have boarded our dog there multiple times and before I switched jobs he use to go to doggy daycare and he always loved going! The staff are so great and the facility is well maintained! I recommend this place to anyone who asks me!
I took my cat for her first check up after I adopted her. She hurt her eye and was digging into her ears. The vet was nice and his staff was very sweet and friendly with my kitty. He will be my kitty's vet from now on.
Love this pet daycare! I have brought two dogs here over the years. They have been great with both of my pups. I know they are in good hands. And my dog gets excited in the mornings when she knows we’re pulling into camp. And she’s tired at night from playing all day. Makes me feel good since I’m at work all day, she’s getting lots of activity and love!
I cannot sing Paradise Pet Resort's praises enough. My pups attend doggie day care there regularly, and I have boarded them both at their facilities several times. Some specific notes on their awesomeness: 1. All staff members are super kind and genuinely care about each and every pet under their supervision. Some time ago, they noticed one day that one of my pups wasn't playing like his normal self and called me with their concerns. They offered to use the vet onsite for a check up as well. 2. They will hold various 'events' for the pups throughout the year, usually around a holiday. They'll take themed photos with the pets and send them home with treats and the occassional pup-cup. I always look forward to the photos they post on their FB page to see my pups enjoying their time under their care. My pups missed out on photos with Santa this past Xmas, but the staff made sure they did get a photo in front of the tree once they returned to day care a following day (including with review). 3. My dogs always come home exhausted from their time at day care, so I know they definitely enjoyed their time. They also are always excited to get in the car on the mornings I take them and say "time for doggie day care." 4. I majorly appreciate that I do not have to 'reserve' a spot for doggie day care which allows a lot of flexibility on when I use their services. 5. Having the option to watch pets on a webcam feed when they are boarded is a huge plus for me as well. Thanks for being awesome, Paradise Pet Resort!
I cannot say enough great things about Paradise Pet Resort & Spa! They have taken such incredible care of my senior special needs dog Milo, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and truly attentive to his unique needs. They go above and beyond to make sure he’s comfortable, whether it’s giving him extra time to settle in, administering his medications properly, or making sure he gets plenty of love and attention. I never have to worry when he’s there—I know he’s in the best hands. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and designed with pets’ comfort in mind. The staff even celebrate different holidays with the dogs and dress them for photo shoots! It’s so much fun. It’s clear that everyone at Paradise Pet Resort truly cares about the animals they look after. If you have a senior or special needs pet and want a place that will treat them like family, this is it. Highly recommend!
