A friend recommended I contact SMS for training my 10-month-old English Setter. He knew basic commands but practiced selective listening, and morning walks had become daily resistance training for me. After evaluating him, Jessica suggested their puppy program for which I immediately signed up. Sully attended two full days on-site at their facility, one-on-one with a trainer, followed by sessions both on- and off-site to teach me proper use of the e-collar. There was marked improvement after the first day. After completing the puppy program, I’ve continued to use SMS day care and group classes occasionally to retain what we’ve learned. Sully is a high energy hunting breed, but with proper training and time is settling in to be a great companion. Jessica and Alex have brought together an excellent team who know and understand dogs and how to train them. 5 stars!

I recommend the training program 100%. Jessica and Shaila are very nice and helpful. They introduced me to the e-collar and it has been a life savor to my GSP always looking for troubles but at the same time provides freedom to her. I feel relieved knowing that Gala (her name) will comeback every time I call her and she will sit by my side waiting for instructions. She still has a lot to learn but she is a work in progress and we will continue with sit means sit program.

I have been so satisfied with the training. The trainers are professional and helpful with all questions or concerns. My puppy has learned all the skills needed for me to have him in public with confidence. The group classes are so valuable for continuing his training and getting him acclimated to obeying while distracted by other dogs. The trainers are very safety aware during group classes and help with any training issues during class as well as being available for additional questions. I have access to group classes throughout his lifetime and can progress to his level of accomplishment!

I absolutely have loved my experience with the trainers Jessica and Alex! I have a pitbull named Billie who is absolutely adorable, but I could not control her and she would just ignore my commands. She had no ability to recall, was destructive around the house, and pulled on the leash so hard I thought it would break. The transformation of my dog and how she responds to me is incredible and I would not have been able to do it without their help. If you feel like you’re at the end of your rope and don’t know what to do with your dog I highly recommend this place!
