Everyone is so welcoming and the trainers are all unique and wonderful. My orthopedic surgeon is so happy because he can tell I'm getting stronger. I like the way the trainers give me modifications and pay attention to my form. I feel so comfortable, supported and I have found a family at Alloy. Trainer Melissa's Playlist is the best and her class motivates me every time.
