Our old and poorly installed water heater expansion tank exploded. Kevin helped us get a new Essency water heater installed the next day. Installation day was quick and easy. We are happy with this product, it is a nice home upgrade with a longer life expectancy than a conventional water heater. I feel good knowing it will provide more hot water and better energy efficiency.

The technician Cory (?) is the one who came to service me, he was very professional and cared to explain everything he was going to do and answered my questions even explaining how my heating unit works, and what he inspected, cleaned etc Was very thorough, and I try appreciated his customer service approach. I highly recommend your services!

Hayden was prompt on the emergency we had and discussed all the details with us. We were very impressed and happy with all the recommendations! We decided the membership is truly worth it, and now have a peace of mind with plumbing, and heating on our house all year-round. We just bought the house in April, and are now fully covered with any incidents, and are confident in their timeliness! We do have a house warranty that covers everything else, and this was much faster then the warranty would have taken care of things. Thank you for your honesty and knowledgeable information!

Parthenon has always provided the best service! I bought an HVAC system from them on which they provide maintenance care. There has never been an issue. Most recently, I had a toilet leak which they corrected, as well as replacing a faucet in the bathroom. Eli is very kind and a very competent plumber. Everyone on their team is! Call Parthenon. You will not regret it!
