Since the beginning, there have been changes in quotes all times that I called to ask since I was looking for the best deal. Once I decided from then, I didn’t receive driver contact or any info at the day, until less than 15 min of arrival. I was very disappointing already, since we had no clue if they’re coming or ETA. It was also said I would have cups, water and soda as complimentary, We were in a group of 12 and had 6 bottles of tiny waters, that's all. Once was about to finish our time and we were far from the drop off location, I asked for the driver about how much would it be to extend for another hour, so he says he has to get in touch with the company to make sure but since it was 3am, I proposed him to give $150 cash at the time and if there is any difference on it, to please ask them to contact me later on so I would cover it. 7 days later I was charged $262 on my card on file for that extra hour, no previous information. I called to ask an explanation and in contact with the driver, he claims I gave only $70 and as TIP. What is absolutely absurd, cause I was very clear with him, so I don't know why the need to rob me like that. In touch with then, after 3 calls, that I was being promised that they will see what happened and get back to me, days passed by and nothing happened. I get in touch again and I was informed that is not payment that I gave him but TIP! Who gives $150 tip for a more than a thousand dollars ride, if he was driving, he wasn't drunk so he completely understand that IS NOT A TIP. It was very clear our conversation. Anyway, my extra hour is not being $262, but actually $412. What is basically half of what I paid for the entire trip (3 hours per contract). They literally just charged me, without calling, sending an email or zero heads up. I don’t recommend AT ALL. Poor communication, poor custom service and they literally don't care at all of what you're saying and explaining, looks like I'm speaking with a robot, that just keep repeating the same thing without considering anything that I was explaining. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and frankly, very odd behavior for someone prominent in a customer-facing role. RUN from this business and have peace of mind on your celebration with other providers.
