The best time! Our driver Kevin was amazing. He was early to allow us time to get situated and when there was traffic, he had plans to get around it. Great at communication. Bus was clean and we used the Bluetooth to play music. Such great memories! Book with them.
I would highly recommend renting with Party Bus. Our prom group had such an amazing time and Jin their bus driver was excellent!!! The process of renting the bus was easy as it was all online. Mike, one of the owners of the company called the week before to see if we needed anything. The bus arrived on time and was clean and beautiful inside. Definitely A+ service.
We had an amazing time on the party bus for my husband’s 40th birthday! Tony was our driver, and he was the best! He was punctual and very polite. He drove the bus safely and made all the stops we requested. 👍🏼
My group had a terrible experience with this company. My friend rented a party bus for her birthday that was supposed to pick us up at her house. He arrived on time, but as we were loading up we realized that the bus was actually smaller than the one we paid for and barely had room for everyone. Additionally, the bus was in extremely poor condition and the A/C was not working. We tried to explain our concerns to our driver, but he did not speak any English, so we were unable to communicate with him. As we got on the road, there were multiple times that the driver just stopped in the middle of the road (access road/feeder) in an attempt to communicate with us about where we were going. We were originally going down to Galveston, which would have been about a 45 minute drive. As we were trying to get on 45, the driver was not paying attention and slammed on the brakes in an attempt to avoid hitting the car in front of us. Naturally, this caused everyone in the bus to go flying. We were covered in our beverages, people who were sitting in the back had flown to the front, and I was slammed up against the vertical, metal handrail with the force of those beside me. We immediately switched gears and asked him to drop us off nearby. We unloaded all of our stuff and were stuck with no way to get our coolers and personal items back to the house. The entire experience was a complete nightmare. On top of this, the company is now saying that they won’t give my friend her money back and are accusing us of standing on the bus (which we weren’t), even though they refuse to share the video with us. We believe there probably is no video footage considering the condition the bus was in, but it’s absolutely unacceptable to spend about 30 terrifying minutes on a bus that we were supposed to have for 5 hours and the company be unwilling to help. We rented this bus so that we could have fun safely, and we ended up being able to do anything but. I would highly recommend you avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
