Terrible Service and communication. Each time we spoke, he changed the price on me. There was no follow up on his end. He wouldn't take my information down and when he finally did, he did nothing with it. I had to reach out multiple times to confirm our booking until finally I realized this wasn't the service for me and moved on to another company. Unreliable, terrible communication and will tell as many people as I can to never contact Regal Party Bus.

We recently rented this party bus for the copa America, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The booking process was straightforward and hassle-free. Adle it’s so easy going and answered all my questions and helped me choose the best package for our needs. The bus arrived on time and was absolutely stunning! The interior was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable seating, colorful LED lights, and a fantastic sound system that kept our party going. Our driver was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. He was familiar with the local area, which was great for navigating traffic and finding parking. We had an unforgettable time! He wait for us on the parking lot until the game finished and take us back home safely. I highly recommend this party bus rental service. They provided excellent customer service, a top-notch vehicle, and an overall great experience. I know we'll be using them again for future celebrations!
