Unprofessional and Rude!!!! I made an order yesterday of a simple 10 chairs I wanted delivered which I was told was possible for an extra $20 delivery fee . I was told to text my info and amount of chairs and that I would get a response within 2 hrs. I never received a call so I reach out today to check on the status of my order. Today I call same person I spoke to yesterday denies to ever said anything and insists that I didn't call them but then proceeds to check her caller id and Confirm that Indeed I did speak with her but today she has little to none memory of yesterdays agreement and can't accommodate me for the delivery of 10 chairs. Ridiculous !
I would say overall my experience has been a bit mixed with this company and I think 3.5 is the fairest rating. I rounded this down to a 3 because I think people need to be very mindful of the rental conditions that I detail below, which is probably the most important aspect. That being said, I will most likely use this place again if needed because ultimately there aren’t many choices around and the customer service is good. I just need to be more careful in choosing what I get from this place. First thing I want to mention is that the website is very well designed. All the options/info seem up to date and the check out process is easy to navigate. This is much better than all of the other vendors I looked at so props on that. 1 thing that could’ve been better is providing updates. After placing the order online and getting a confirmation email, there was no update/follow up even though there were a few items I requested that they had to confirm availability for. I had to proactively reach out to them via their website to connect with someone live to confirm availability and make some changes to my reservation, which admittedly was a pretty smooth process. On Delivery day, the courtesy call from driver came only 20mins before arrival (vs. the 1.5 hour they promised) but not a big deal. The drivers didn’t speak English very well but were nice and quick unloading things. They actually forgot a tablecloth we ordered, which made me nervous considering our event was next morning. But after I called the customer support line at 9pm, the guy helped me with this issue and promised that it would be delivered early next morning ahead of the event, and it did. While it would’ve been better if everything came at once, I appreciate their customer service and ability to make up for things. Pick up was also very easy and smooth. The thing that bothered me the most and my reason for a lower score is the quality/condition of the rentals. The cups we ordered came in a carton wrapped with plastic, which made me think they were clean. But upon close examination, you can tell they aren’t so we had to wash everything ourselves. Same thing with plates and utensils. In addition, you can tell the quality is cheap based on the feel and craftsmanship. We ended up not using the napkins we ordered and just bought new ones from Home Goods because of the poor quality. The wooden tables we got were also VERY worn. You definitely NEED to get table clothes as they are not presentable without it. I think this should be labeled somewhere on the website or have a picture so people are aware of what they are getting. The chairs were the worst of them all. Not only did many of them come dirty with debris/mud/footprints on the seat, which I had to wipe down individually, some of them are shaky and/or VERY squeaky. Good thing we had extra ones to spare so we were able to filter the bad ones out but I definitely didn’t expect this to happen. If I do use this company again, I will definitely pick things that are on the “safer” side and order a few more as back ups (such as for chairs).
1 star is not even acceptable to give this company. Appalled at how lazy and incompetent this company is. Frustrating to work with, the company is not efficient, and they have an awful group of employees. Typically when you’re working an event with multiple different vendors, you tend to work together and be accommodating. Well, this company is NOT accommodating and they are very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company and hope to never have to work among them again. Over 10+ employees standing around in the way not being helpful says a lot about a company. Sad to see humans act in a way that this company’s employees did. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I had such a great experience with this company. I was able to do the rental online and they picked up and dropped off as stated in the order. Everything was in great condition and the table and chairs made my party look so great! I’m definitely contacting them for my next event.
IT IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES IN THE EAST SIDE OF USA. YOU CAN GET EVERY THING YOU NEED TO MAKE A GOOD PARTY ANY KIND .ANY TIME ANY WHERE IN THE EAST COAST. EXCELLENT AND FAST DELIVERY WITH PROFESSIONAL TEAM WORK. I AM VERY PROUD TO BE ONE OF THE TEAM WORK FOR 13 YEARS AND I STILL. THAT'S MEAN ALOT. GOD BLESS ALL
