These rentals were absolutely beautiful. Exactly what you see on their site. Everyone was blown away by our tree centerpieces and photo backdrop set up. The staff arrived on time and had everything set up well, and were very sweet. Will definitely be renting from them again!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so poor that I felt it was necessary. The customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and sarcastic throughout the entire conversation. They didn’t listen to my concerns, didn’t acknowledge my complaints, and acted as though helping me was an inconvenience. When I attempted to get the issue resolved, they were completely dismissive and offered absolutely no solutions. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I won’t be using this company again.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and they treated me like my concerns didn’t matter. They gave me a product that was already broken, and then tried to charge me a high price to fix the problem they caused. The way they spoke to me and handled the situation was completely unacceptable. I also felt discriminated against, and no customer should ever be treated that way. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They need to address their customer service, their attitude, and the quality of the products they are giving people.
