So disorganized. Never answer the phone. Rarely have someone working pick up. After you return they call 5 days later asking when you plan to return item. If you go in to tell them you’re returning they can’t find paperwork. Customer experience is a 1 star

If I could give them 0 stars I would. There is no professionalism in this company. It is clear their truck took out a mailbox in our culdesac and are refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. You can supply party needs, but you also need to have integrity and honesty in business. Hire this company if you like to get screwed over.

I usually don’t leave reviews for businesses, but Party Time Rental was really that awesome to work with! I was in Indianapolis from out of town and needed a last minute table cover rental for an event the next day. I did some quick googling, called Party Time Rental and they said come on in and we’ll get you what you need. I made it there and they quickly got me a table cover and I was on my way back to my event in less than 5 minutes! When I brought the table cover back to return, I was running late and they were still there to receive it. As for the table cover itself, it came folded nicely on a hanger and in a protective bag. It was perfectly steamed and spotless. If I ever need another party rental in Indianapolis, I’m coming back to Party Time Rental!

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They told us they would arrive to our wedding venue at 11AM and did not arrive until after 2pm with a wedding beginning at 4. My florist waited for hours to begin setting up the tables due to this and when I should have been getting ready and enjoying my wedding day I was dealing with this. When we called at 11:30am to see where they were they were extremely rude and said they’d be there at noon. And again didn’t show up until 2-2:30Pm. I would not recommend using this company if you want your event to happen smoothly and on time. Very unprofessional and rude to their clients.

BUYER BEWARE! My wife paid-in-full for rental of tables from Party Time Rental. The employee NEVER made mention of a cancellation fee. With heat indices of +100°F, we cancelled our garage sale five days in advance. When she called to give notice, we were charged a 25% cancellation fee. We will NEVER use Party Time Rental again. Honesty seems to be a diminishing business characteristic. Sad. A 25% fee is absurd.... no "restocking" was necessary. Just a money grab!! Holy cow, we paid-in-full in advance. We will go elsewhere for our rental needs. Strongly DO NOT recommend their business.
