We rented one of the smaller bounce houses for our basement birthday party for my three year-old. The whole process was seamless and easy and I would highly recommend this company to anyone else and we will definitely be using them again. One feature I appreciate it was that if we had to cancel, they would keep our deposit for a year and use that towards the next time we would be able to rent again. They came and set it up and we only rented it for two hours, but they picked it up the next day which I thought was cool For a cheaper renting price. The bounce house was clean and the kids had such a great time with it. I also want to commend the supervisor or manager that went and found my phone number from an un processed application because I put in my phone number wrong on the Current application and I wasn’t getting updates on their drop off window. Great communication from the company!

I’ve worked with other similar businesses, Jump N Play Party Rentals goes above and beyond. They were extremely flexible with my requests. I chose them because of their vast array of carnival rentals. They are customer oriented. Nancy, their sales person made me feel at ease. James the owner was personable and timely. 12 year olds loved the toxic meltdown. This company is easy to trust!

Great overall experience! The obstacle course arrived early, they set up quickly, it was clean and the kids had an absolute blast! Before booking, my questions were answered quickly and booking was easy! Would definitely book again

I rented a kids' double land bounce for my daughter's 6th birthday, and it was an absolute hit! The kids had an amazing time — nonstop fun and laughter all day. The setup and pickup team were professional, punctual, and very friendly. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this for anyone planning a fun and memorable party for their little ones!

Rented a waterslide for our neighborhood block party. Service was great. The slide was delivered long before our window so the kids got to enjoy extra slide time. The staff was very communicative. 10/10 would rent with them again.
