I bought latex out this shop and it has burnt my face, I’ve used different types Of latex cheap and more pricey this has never happened before. And a lot of the makeup items I bought (paints and glitters) were completely dried out and unable to use. Half my products were covered in dust as if they had been sitting on a shelf for years.

Checked website for opening hours arrived at shop which was closed notice saying go next door (Edinburgh Bargain Stores) the staff obviously weren't interested we told them what we were looking for and they said they were out of stock we asked if they had anything else that might be suitable and they very reluctantly opened the shop where we found lots of what we were looking for, if we had just taken the staff at their word and left they would've lost sales of over £60! Maybe they don't need the business. Outfits we got were great well stocked shop but service very disappointing!

I had to get a wig for Hallowe'en and ordered it online the day before - picked it up in-store where I was directed to the correct till, didn't have to wait in a queue and had it within my lunch hour! Exceeded expectations and the shop was running like clockwork at such a busy time of year. Really well-prepared and lovely, friendly customer service. Well done! Thank you! :)
