Great experience with Party Zone. We rented chairs for our wedding ceremony and they were so easy to work with. They had exactly what we were looking for and delivered and picked up everything on time. Highly recommended!

It took ridiculously long to get a response back about renting from them. I came Across an advertisement that they made on Facebook marketplace so I reached out to them on there on 10/2 11:47am they replied 10/3 at that afternoon. They Ask me what date I needed and what item I told him I need a chairs then never heard a response back till 10/ 10. Then I was able to get their phone number and reached out to them because they said to text them at this number. I did that they asked for my email so they can send me a quote. I gave them my email on the 11th took them three days to respond to that after they asked for my email to send a quote and didn’t follow through eventually got them on the phone had I had more time I would’ve found another company, but I went with them anyway. My sister and I had to help load the chairs because there was no help but one female so no staff to help load it when it shouldn’t have been our responsibility to be loading anything and if that wasn’t enough, I get a charge to my account after I’ve already paid my full balance they wanna keep saying they didn’t charge me. My bank is saying it is coming from them. The money has been taken out of my account and they’re telling me it’s nothing else they can do because they don’t have record of charging me even though their name is on it. I definitely don’t plan on ever using them again. As of 11/4/25 in response to your reply. I first reached out 10/2/25 it wasn’t till 10/13 because of lack of communication did I message I would go to someone else. So please do t make it seem like yall stopped communicating out of respect because I said I was going to someone else. What’s the excuse from 10/2-10/13? So again that is not why you weren’t communicating because I didn’t send that message till 10/13/2025 since it was hard getting business with you all when I reached out starting on 10/2 till 10/13 with multiple times in between giving information to even get a quote.

amazing to work with from start to finish. Delivery and pickup were right on time, and the staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful with setup and breakdown. The tent, dance floor, tables, and chairs all looked great and worked perfectly for our event. Everything was clean, sturdy, and exactly what we needed. The whole process was smooth and stress-free—I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.

I used Party Zone for my wedding rentals and Alessia was amazing. There were a lot of moving parts in this order and changing of items. Every time I changed something Alessia was so sweet about it and emailed me an updated invoice within the hour. They came and set up my tent at 10am and draped it. Shout out to the drape team as she realized half way through they had the wrong size and she had to go back to the warehouse and get the correct ones. She came back around 6pm and I’m sure worked until 9 to make the tent look great! I am not the easiest person to work with especially with my wedding so I am so thankful and happy with them!

From beginning with the quote submission process until the final day when the team member picked up the products I rented, my experience with Party Zone was phenomenal. Alessia was easy to work with. Her response time was very fast and accurate. I would definitely use their services for future events if needed.
