We’ve had our two dogs groomed there a few times now, and I waited to give a review until I could see if there was consistency in our experience. One of our dogs is very reactive with other dogs and needs a lot of special care when going into a setting with other dogs. The folk at Patrick’s Pet Care have done a FANTASTIC job with him (and also with our other dog). I highly recommend them!

I have to give five stars for the excellent customer service and compassion shown to my dog alone—the amazing haircut is a bonus! While pricey, I do think you get what you pay for, and I liked knowing my dog wasn’t forced into things he was afraid of. He was given lots of love and treats and left a happy boy! Mea was amazing and is a talented groomer, not to mention very personable and kind. They have all their information and policies posted in multiple places so you know exactly what’s expected and what you can expect in return. We will definitely be back for his big haircuts in the future!

Wonderful experience! My dog had had problems with separation anxiety at other groomers so I was a little nervous at first. As soon as I got to Patrick’s, they took us into a little area for an interview, got to know my dog, gave her some treats, and gave her time to adjust. They explained their process in detail and asked a lot of Qs, including if she had any sensitivity to being touched in certain parts of her body. I really felt like they were prioritizing my dog’s needs. I picked her up a few hours later and received a detailed report card with photos of how well she did. All in all, a great experience. We will definitely be back!

If you’re “on the fence” about booking an appointment with Patrick’s Pet Care take this as a sign take the plunge! They are incredible! Our 6 month Portie has been there twice now and pretty much jumps into the arms of the groomers for drop off. They are pricey compared to near by competitors but I think the price is worth it! Groomers are excellent at meeting your pup where they are. Meaning they have force free counter conditioning for grooming and they always provide a report card on how our girl did. They often take breaks and treat for ideal behaviors. This is extremely helpful in our overall training as we are trying to promote calmness for a very active and energetic puppy. This type of detail and commitment to your pup cannot be found at any other groomers.

Major shout out to Dakota! This was my first time working with someone regarding dog training and his training has been exceptional! Kind, understanding, and observant. Dakota was able to assess and listen to my concerns and Sophie’s needs. Throughout his sessions with her, he has been able to help her regulate some of her urges to bark and pull on walks as well as provide her with a midday routine to burn off some of her puppy energy. During and after each training session he would provide insightful feedback to help tackle some of our every day problems. For context Sophie is a 7 month old miniature Australian Shepard puppy with lots of energy! She gets overly excited on walks which has led to frustration, barking and tugging. While she is a love bug I felt like I hit a wall with her training and didn’t know what to do. After lots of research I came across Patrick pet care and found that they offered in service walk and trains! I felt more comfortable having someone stop by and help Sophie adjust to city life and walks. Dakota made the process easy and has been super accommodating! Every check in video has brought me so much joy to know that she is having an amazing time! There has been a major change in her behavior and excitement! We are really sad to Dakota go, but we wish him the best in his journey! I highly recommend this service for first time dog owners whose pups are working through learning good leash etiquette. The program is very engaging and my pup just loved the turkey treats provided! I am very grateful for this program and look forward to continuing our journey with Patrick pet care! I have added photos from her walk and trains with Dakota!
