Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. I took my son’s laptop in for repairs and John was very knowledgeable and efficient in resolving the issue. Easy parking right outside the store. Highly recommend this business.

Absolute fantastic service - helped me with something I needed soldering on a remote control which I know is not computer related but John said leave with me and I’ll look into it - no issues job done - highly recommend the guys even on the smallest things.

i honestly appreciate people like john at the electronic fix @ michelton.i called him up and asked for a battery replacement quote and he said he had the available stock at a cheap price too including labor. said it would only take 30 mins for a bettery change. saw him today and he checked my apple macbook pro 13 2016 and said it wasnt only the battery that needs to be fixed and honestly said it would cost more to have it fixed. as it is old. although i decided not to have my unit fixed i truly appreciate his honesty. he's a really cool and nice guy! i wish everyone was like him. knowedgeable and transparent too. showed me the inside of my laptop to see where the problem was. anybody who has any digital equipment problems should go see him. highly recommended!

Excellent service. My MacBook wasn't holding its charge anymore which made it extremely unreliable when travelling. The Electronic Fix installed a new battery and got it back up and running. I've used them several times now for various Mac related issues and they have always proved excellent.

Brought in my MacBook Pro which had a faulty screen and would not boot up. Only displayed apple logo on the screen. Paid $125 deposit which would come off the price of repair. Over a week later and 3 phone calls to see what was happening. Finally told laptop could not be fixed…maybe faulty board maybe faulty disk??not worth fixing. My wife took the laptop to Apple Store at Chermside…5 minutes later laptop is fixed and booting up (no charge) Faulty screen is still an issue. What a ripoff. Very disappointing. …Review updated after response from John the owner…. So how can you explain how easily my laptop was fixed by the young lady at Apple Store. Have also attached a photo of battery use which shows no power/charge to the laptop during the period it was in your store. Surely if you are working or diagnosing a laptop it needs to be charged?
