Sara Cruz was an absolute delight to work with! As we transitioned from Oakland, California to Austin, Texas, she alleviated so much of our stress by meticulously selecting homes that aligned with our criteria. Her communication skills are exceptional, and she was always prompt in responding to our inquiries. Even after we secured our rental home, she continued to check in, knowing we were new to the area, and offering additional support. Moving can be incredibly challenging, but Sara made the process of finding a home seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Sara for your home search!

Camila was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so patient and supportive as we searched for the perfect place. She always showed up with a great attitude, answered every question, and genuinely cared about finding something that fit our needs! I’d 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who’s reliable, kind, and truly on your side throughout the whole process. She made something that can be stressful feel easy.

We were so lucky to find Spencer for our rental home search when we first landed in Austin. We had the challenging task of finding a rental within a week — with several requirements, including a very specific location within a few miles of my son’s school. Spencer immediately understood our needs and worked incredibly hard and fast. Within just two days, she had shortlisted several great options. From there, she coordinated seamlessly with owners and property managers to negotiate all of our requirements. Thanks to her dedication, we found our ideal home within the first week. We’ve worked with other realtors before, but we’ve never experienced this level of speed, efficiency, and professionalism. We liked working with her so much that we’re already planning to use her services again for our future home search.

Whitney has been an absolute lifesaver since I first met her while searching for an apartment back in August 2024. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond, providing plenty of great options, accompanying me to every property, and being there with me every step of the way. Fast forward to this year, when it came time for me to move again, there was no hesitation in reaching out to Whitney for help. Just like before, she was more than willing to assist, and once again, she did a phenomenal job. She listened carefully, remembered every detail from my previous search, and quickly adjusted to any new preferences or changes I mentioned. Whitney absolutely nailed it, she found the perfect apartment in the exact location I wanted. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping her clients find what they’re looking for. She answers every question, follows up consistently, and truly makes the process stress-free. I have no complaints whatsoever, only gratitude. Whitney has earned a lifelong client in me. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her, whether as an apartment locator or real estate agent, is in the best hands possible. She’s quick, professional, and wholeheartedly dedicated to getting you exactly what you want. That’s Whitney, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her!

We worked with Janell to find a house to rent and she was phenomenal! We were overwhelmed trying to navigate different properties in a short amount of time while also searching from far away. Once we began working with Janell, the process was a breeze! She was organized, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She quickly was able to put together a list of properties that met our needs and got tours scheduled just a few days later. We felt like we could really trust her and that she truly had our best interests in mind. Once we found a house that we wanted, she helped us to understand the nuances of the lease and communicate with the landlords to find the compromise that would be best for us. We are now in our dream house and we could not have done it without her!!
