PawPals is amazing! I’ve shopped around for pet-sitting services for my cats and found the team at PawPals to be truly professional and reliable. I’m an anxious cat parent when I’m away from my babies, but with Brittany, I’ve been able to go on vacation with complete peace of mind knowing my cats are in great hands. I receive lots of photos and detailed updates during each visit, which is incredibly reassuring and makes it so much easier to be away from home. The platform is very easy to use, and the team is consistently prompt, friendly, and accommodating with any special requests. I couldn’t recommend PawPals more highly. 💛🐾🐾

My cat loves the Paw Pals team!! They are friendly, kind, warm, and responsive. My cat is pretty shy, but she has quite taken to the team members (she usually does not come out of her hiding spot when there are other people beyond myself and partner). The photos and videos that Paw Pals upload onto the app reveals that she is incredibly playful and happy when they visit!! I love the detailed notes that accompany the photos and videos, which document my cat purring happily and being playful with her friends. In particular, Brittany and Ryan have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Paw Pals!

We have used Paw Pals for the past five years for our two cats and to say that we are grateful to have such attentive and considerate care while we are away is a massive understatement. Brittany is incredible and has developed a special routine with the cats over the years to meet their personalities (one of them is VERY shy). She even went so far as to share the details of what she does (beyond our base instructions, which are always followed immaculately!) with another sitter, Ryan, when he was caring for them one time, which was so thoughtful. I recommend the compassionate and thorough care of Paw Pals wholeheartedly!
