Tried to set up an appointment via the online portal, wouldn't work. Then tried to call instead, nobody would answer the phone. (Attempted 2 days in a row) Sadly, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

First time I took my dog there and they cut my dog lashes and whiskers off. She looks so bad and I don’t even recognize her. My dog has been so sad since she came home. I normally take her to Bardstown Ky to get groomed but I was looking for someone here in Louisville. Unfortunately, I won’t go back. The groomers are nice people but, I won’t take my business back there

Had our very first groom today and it was excellent. We actually even tried to book two weeks ago but he had not fully healed from his neuter surgery (4 weeks out) and they very kindly said they couldn’t take him and didn’t even charge for a broken appointment. Our little guy has SO much fur to get through and he looks so special now. We got tips on how to better prepare him next time and Indy even gave kisses to the groomer on our way out (he’s not normally affectionate with men) so that spoke volumes to me. Loved that he was done in an hour and a half and didn’t have to spend the day there. We got a recommendation on how to cut him too! Consults for a dog, amazing, shows they care. Great family business and excellent service. 🥰 We will be back!

My foster dog strutted out of his nail trim like he’d just been pampered by a celebrity stylist. The groomer was so gentle and sweet with him that I briefly wondered if my dog was about to ditch me for his new best friend. He treated my pup like his own, kept things calm, and made the whole visit feel effortless. Five stars from me and my freshly manicured sidekick.
