Staff was very friendly. This was our almost 6yo German Shepherds first time at Pawlins. Remi takes a moment to warm up to people. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Remi sniffed a bit in the foyer then immediately went to the young lady who was waiting to take her to the back. Colleen gave me a tour of the facilities and was very professional and personal. The facility is very clean and no foul odors of urine and waste, (I've smelled that at other boarding facilities, ewe) no over powering scents of cleaning supplies, (I've smelled that too, ewe). Colleen explained to me how the day goes and what to expect. We have a boarding scheduled in May with them and Collen explained the daily routine that our dogs will be experiencing during their stay. Remi takes a bit of getting used to, and we were told that once she relaxed she did great. We brought our 6yo golden mix Sasha with us to pick Remi up. Sasha made herself at home and went loving all over Colleen. My wife asked questions that I forgot when Remi was brought. Colleen was eager to answer all of my wife's questions while interacting with Sasha. Sasha is going to get her day in a couple of weeks after her shots are caught up and Remi gets comfortable going. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have plenty of activities to do with your pets. They have different extracurricular things to do for extra fees. We will be trying some of the different activities the more comfortable she gets. They have a water park, Remi loves water. Sasha is really laid back, im sure her visit will be much smoother.

Great experience! Customer service was excellent, groomer style and care was above and beyond. I will definitely bring my dog back here.

Our son hadn't had a groom or bath in over 10 weeks due to having surgery. Ainsley did a remarkable job deshedding, trimming, and caring for his nails which were long. He looks amazing and he feels so much better. She is professional and patient, and we will schedule with Pawlins and Ainsley again.

I have a very anxious pup who is very sweet once you get to know him. The team at Pawlins went out of their way to make him feel comfortable while staying there! When we came to pick him up he was excited to see us but not really wanting to leave! If you’re an anxious dog mom like me this place is super amazing and staffed with such kind humans!!! Would recommend to any and everyone!!

I went out of state for a week and boarded my cat(Yuki) here for the duration. The facility was clean and the staff were professional. I was sent daily updates and photo postcards. This was Yuki's 1st time boarding and he was able to relax at Pawlins, as if he was at home. 10/10 I would recommend Pawlins for your boarding needs.
