Paws Galore is amazing! I have 2 cats, Lila and Nala, who have never really taken to being boarded at the local vet, so I was looking for a more 'home' experience for them. Paws Galore delivered in spades! They picked the cats up and delivered them back to me seamlessly. I received photographs and videos every day from Janelle their cat carer, so I could tell that they were happy, eating, and being spoilt with lots of attention. I can't recommend Paws Galore highly enough, and will definitely be using them next time I take a holiday.
I used Paws Galore for the first time and will DEFINITELY be back! My senior cat was picked up from my home, spent a week away at someone else's home and delivered back to my home without any stress. I was kept updated daily with pictures of my cat as well as a few comments. My cat seemed to enjoy her time away in a secure and loving home. Going by the pictures sent to me as well as the comments, it was like my cat had settled in pretty quickly. The initial phone call to chat about my cat and what sort of environment would suit her took some time but COMPLETELY worth it to find the perfect match. Thank you Paws Galore and my cat's minder. Will recommend your services to all!
Highly recommend, Gina took time to detail needs of our pet, select a sitter that would be suitable. Our pet stayed for a successful trial, then for almost a month. Lovely family, treated our pet like their own, daily photos, included him in their family life.
We recently used Paws Galore for dog minding while we were away for four days/three nights, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment that our dog Penny was picked up, we felt confident she was in caring and capable hands. Throughout her stay, we received regular updates and adorable photos, which gave us real peace of mind and showed us just how well Penny was being looked after. It was clear she was enjoying herself and being treated like part of the family. We truly appreciated the loving care her temporary " parents " provided., and we will definitely be using Paws Galore again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy and warm hearted dog minding service!!
Absolutely pawfect! I reached out with very little notice requesting boarding for a new cat that had recently come to us as a foster. Nothing was a problem for the Paws Galore team. Our cat was placed with the most beautiful couple and we got daily photos and updates. He was clearly being doted on an pampered and it made our overseas trip so much better knowing our new family member was being so well cared for. We will be using Paws Galore again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
