Paws N Claws was absolutely awesome!! We have never boarded our doggo before. We were a little unsure and uneasy about leaving our little boy. They allowed us a walk thru and discussed what was going to happen while he was in their care! 1st. He was there with 2 other family dogs and was able to stay next to them. Which they accommodated Thank you very much! 2nd. They explained he would get some outside time in their play yard with the other 2 family dogs which they accommodated as well! 3rd. They gave him a bath and haircut which was not included in the stay price however was priced extremely affordable. They even allowed us to bring his own food and bed to feel a little more comfortable. Which made us feel better as well!! We are so unbelievably happy with how this stay went. Mind you our doggo stayed for about 6 days!! We will be using you guys again in the future and will be recommending to everyone I know!! Thank you again for taking such awesome care of our doggo!!!
I love these guys! Every employee is super friendly and very loving to the animals in their care. I have a younger cattle dog mix and an older German shepherd mix. The younger is friendly but very anxious, the the older is a grumpy old man and doesn’t always do well with strangers. Both of them love the employees there and always seem well cared for when we get them back from boarding. My little one actually got excited when we brought her to board last time! Not only that, but their prices are actually reasonable, especially for the level of care the dogs are getting when they stay. I can’t recommend this place enough.
We just picked up Nori and Maki, after 11 days of staying in here. It looks like they had fun, they seemed very happy. Though their bed foam was destroyed 😂and we weren't told I was just surprise to see it when we got home. But no issues at all! 10 stars for this place. Highly recommended!
My boyfriend and I took Claire, our dog originally from my parents to Paws N Claws. She was pretty matted and unkempt, and I didn’t want that for her now that we’re taking her in and moving to Reno. The groomers did an amazing job, she looks absolutely gorgeous with her new short hair. I’m sure she’s going to love her fresh start in Reno, staying well-groomed and totally spoiled.
