I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog, Arlo, here—twice in December, including over the Christmas holiday! From start to finish, the staff was accommodating, kind, and easy to work with. Drop-off and pick-up were seamless, which made traveling so much less stressful. They truly went above and beyond. Arlo even came home with a holiday baked treat, and they washed his bedding, blankets, and bowls before being picked him up. We traveled all the way from Tennessee and needed a place close to my brother’s home, and this was the perfect solution. Knowing Arlo was well cared for made our trip so much more enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring boarding experience!
i’m solely disappointed about how photos of my two dogs were never posted during their boarding stay. my fiance and i checked their instagram everyday eager to see them because we didn’t board them in a suite this time so there was no way i could see them during our vacation. i do appreciate their prices this is the only reason i boarded with them a second time. i do like that there are cameras in their very spacious suites but im iffy on how the employees treat the dogs. the men are pretty aggressive with them but the women are the only ones with a kind heart for the pups(i think…) i seen one of the men drag a dog on the leash when i went for pick up. and the first time i boarded my dogs they were EXTREMELY aggressive and scared of this one man when he brought them out for pick up. i never seen my dog act like that over anyone even new people and other dogs so that made me skeptical. during pick up i was told my dog is “super crazy and wild” in a negative tone but he’s a puppy of course he’s going to have a lot of energy being trapped in a cage the whole day! i found that to be a rude comment (a male told me this i think of the name renay) the staff can be kind but also rude sometimes if it’s busy and the old lady’s will definitely catch an attitude if they don’t understand or stressed out
Left our 2 dogs and cat here for a family trip of 5 days. Came back to happy and clean pups. Our cat was also happy and well taken care of. Pictures were taken while we were gone to update us of them. We have brought them here before and they always take such good care of them. Highly recommend!!!
We’ve boarded our dog Pucci here a few times now, and the experience has always been great. The staff are kind, consistent, and genuinely seem to care about the pets they watch over. Pucci is full of energy, but they always describe her as sweet and social — a big contrast to other places where she was labeled “difficult.” She never hesitates to go back, which gives me so much peace of mind. The facility is clean, affordable, and run by people who clearly love what they do. Highly recommend!
The facility is spotless, and there is ample parking available. It's located in a great area, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, all at a reasonable price. However, I'm not very happy with the boarding stance I encountered while looking for a new place. I visited today, but they didn't provide an evaluation. My dog came back happy, tired, and clean. The rates are very reasonable. This is the first choice in our neighborhood.
