Payless Collision is hands down the best repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. They got my truck repaired quickly even with parts needing to be ordered. When something unexpected came up near the end, they let me take the truck home until the final parts arrived—huge convenience. Their communication is second to none, keeping me updated regularly (which no other shop does). Ashley at the front desk made the whole process smooth with her top-notch customer service. The repair expertise and customer care here are unmatched. I’d use them again in a heartbeat

I came in for some body damage that was done on my Ford Bronco Sport. The side doors were damaged, as well as the rocker body. Payless walked me through the process, and completed the work in an expedited amount of time! They cleaned the exterior and interior of my car as well! Although, having an accident may not be a favorable experience, Payless made this a stress free, and easy experience. I highly recommend repairs be done here, as the staff is polite, and they strive for excellence!

I did not have such a good experience. They told me they would contact me once a week on Tuesday and they did the first week but the last two weeks I had to call to get an update. When I brought my car in for them to try and repair my body panel on my car, they said they couldn’t and I got my car back to wait for parts. They had left the seatbelt trim pulled off and they didn’t tell me about it. I had to come back and they said they left it off so when they get parts they were going to need it off anyways which I somewhat understand but a little notice beforehand so I could tell them to just put it back on would have been nice. My buddies picked up the car today since I am out of state and the work looks good from what they say but they failed again to reassemble the interior trim pieces and I have to take it back again to have them put it on. I’m happy to have my car back and it wasn’t in for so long, but It sucks because I had repairs done at classic collision and thought those two places were good places to go but unfortunately not.

I had them paint the replacement skin for my trailer door. Chazz was super helpful and got it done faster than I expected! The service was top notch and the quality of work was above and beyond. I provided a sample of the old door and they matched the new one perfect. Highly recommend them.

Ben and Sharon are the best! Great quality of service and very professional. I always go here when I have a problem with my car. Got my car towed from a dealer couple years ago and brought it here in Payless because the dealer couldn’t fix it and my car was almost 3 months in their yard. But Ben got my car in and fixed it in a couple days that the dealer couldn’t even fix. So as always thanks Ben ^_^ And now I just got my car had its body repaired and painted. Sharon is very professional and very patient with me until I got satisfied with all the work that I wanted done on my car. She is always there and ready to answer questions and ready to help you. I’m very much impressed and my car looks brand new and looking sharp again. Thank you Sharon and the team who worked on my car. I love it. I always recommend Payless Collision and Service to my friends and other people who wants to get their car serviced or repaired. Definitely my go to auto repair and service.
