Booked a Saturday morning foundations class 5 days in advance. Got an email after 9pm on Friday getting booted from the class because it was full? Didn’t make any sort of offer to make it right, just a halfhearted “sorry, hope you’ll try us again”. 🙄. Couldn’t even hold me a spot the following Saturday? I changed my schedule around to try reformer for the first time, and spent the week looking forward to it. Bummer.
I was on the hunt for a place that would help me reach both physical and mental health goals of mine and I found it! The instructor (Sarah) is very knowledgeable and really makes her classes flow to work on flexibility, focus, and strength. My back, ankles, knees, and feet have been pain-free for the first time in years since attending 1-2 times a week mat classes (I've got a herniated disc, bunions, and hypermobile joints). I could not recommend Paz Pilates more highly to those looking to incorporate movement and purpose into their lives, no matter your age, identity, or level of experience
