When my 12-year-old tower hard drive displayed the blue screen of death upon startup, I contacted a few PC repair services by email. Some did not even respond. Two did. The first one didn’t bother to show up or communicate regarding the appointment they set with me, so I contacted PC Kings. Steven gave me a preference of how I wanted to be contacted initially and I said email because that was the most convenient for me and he respected that. He also gave me choices for a Home visit or for me to drop my hard drive into his shop. I opted for the Home visit and he was right on time. He respected my property and me as I waffled on about my limited years in tech support. I was very worried that I wasn’t going to get my files back off of my PC, but as soon as he got access to it, the files were still there. He offered me options for retrieving those and putting them onto external storage. Even though my computer set up is very old I am very happy with it. I was not happy with the idea of having to buy a new tower hard drive and system and Windows 11 because for what I use the PC for, I just needed it to do basic things. Of course the problem was Windows 11 and not being able to use Word which is primarily what I use it for. I asked him if he had any other recommendations and he suggested a new hard drive and other components which would restore my old PC completely with all files in intact and extend its life for another five years. I went for that option because it was 75% LESS than buying any new PC equipment. He took away my tower hard drive and brought it back 48 hours later as good as new. He got rid of all the junk that was on it and installed some non-Microsoft user-friendly programs to replace ones that were outdated. Best of all I got all of my data, files and folders back and I got to meet a really great guy. You really can’t do better than PC Kings for help with any computer-related technology or service. Don’t even look anywhere else.
Steve at PC Kings provided a swift resolution to a major problem I had with my MS Surface windows 11 Laptop. The service was great and reasonably priced. I am happy recommending them.

Amazing Customer Service. Steve is a very talented technician and exceptional problem solving abilities . He visited my property on same day as I rang him , I have to say this is a service you don’t see much of these days and what a find. He is professional and Proficient in his approach and despite what started as a minor connection issue with the printer , he solved a range of other issues I was unaware that were potentially affecting the performance of my laptop as well additional helpful set ups I requested. Nothing was a problem and time was not an issue for him either until he was satisfied that everything was working as it should be. I would strongly recommend Steven and he will be my go to in the future and a great bonus to have him locally . Finally he is worth a lot more than he charges and very competitive priced .
