Two good experiences- 1. A prior tech was unable to upgrade windows 10 to 11 citing barriers he couldn't solve. I called Mr Le, he was very can do positive. He loaded Windows 11 and preserved all my data and apps of my pc. Super smooth. led to 2- Lots of pictures on a crashed hard drive that several other people I talked to did not seem at all competent in the area. Again, Mr Le was way positive and professional. He retrieved all this missing data, a feat no one else was able to do.

Great little computer repair shop! Hands-down the best Customer Service paired with over 24 years of experience.. and all in the same location. These guys made light work of getting my PC back on track and working better than ever. Don’t pass on this little hole in the wall shop - they are they best

Took my gaming laptop here and was blown away. Andy was fast, efficient and super nice. Also the price was great! Way way less than taking your laptop to those big stores that will charge you huge fees. Anytime I have an issue in the future, I’m coming here. Laptop was ready in 2 business days! And it looks brand new!

I wish I could give Computers House more than just five stars. Mr. Le on two occasions fixed my computer within 48 hours. He really saved me! High recommend.

This place was so amazing. The man literally took 5 minutes to fix the computer. Super friendly, efficient and budget friendly. Would recommend over and over. Bring your computers or laptops here!
