Tim did a great job on my Helios predator Acer, I originally took it to another I.T Specialist who took two weeks to tell me he couldn't figure out how to fix the issue so I was very lucky to come across Tim who told me straight up the issue was an easy fix for him so needless to say I'm stocked he was kind, easy to talk to and very efficient... obviously extremely good at what he does!! Computer issues don't Muck around just go see Tim he's the man. 🙏🙏🙏

My desktop would not boot up and Tim repaired it for me 9 months ago, he found the problem quickly and replaced the RAM with a used stick he sourced from another computer of the same age to get it up and going. The unit is 10 years old and suitable new RAM was no longer made. He kept me informed of the process and let me know when it was ready to be collected. Price charged was very reasonable. Last week the same thing happened and again he got it up and running and did not even charge me for his service nor for the part. Extremely happy with PC Fixit and their willingness to go far and beyond in particular their attitude to fixing rather than just throwing away if at all possible. Thank you Tim.

Thank you Tim from PCFIXIT. When I thought all was lost, I asked Tim at 9:30 this morning to look at my laptop as it was unusable, not functioning and I was about to smash it. From South Africa, I watched Tim did his magic all the way in Australia on my laptop. It took less than 2 hours and Tim messaged me to say it was all sorted. I was absolutely astounded. The team at PCFIXIT Recovery was awesome in helping us recover data from an external wireless hard drive that we were backing up to in our household.
