The staff were friendly and professional. It made testing a good experience. The facility was clean, as well.

I went to test on a Saturday afternoon. I had to press a call button outside the doors to be let in. The woman who answered had no clue what she was doing and couldn’t get the doors to unlock. After trying for about 10 minutes, she became very annoyed when she had to walk down and open the door for me when she couldn’t get them to unlock. I was also holding 3 very heavy books and she didn’t even bother to hold the door open for me, she literally let it close on me and I almost dropped my books to get the door. Absolutely ridiculous. Once we were in the elevator to go up to the testing center she looks at me and rudely asked “are you even allowed to have your books?” I said yes, as the test I was taking was open book. Once we got to the testing center I checked in, and then several others came in after also experiencing issues with the door. One lady spoke only Spanish and this lady at the front desk was so rude to her. I have never seen anything like it. She was mad that she didn’t speak any English. Yelling at her to turn her phone off. Talking to people as if they were children misbehaving. We pay a lot of money to come here and sit for a test. To be treated this way, especially before a major test, is unacceptable. Please do better. Hire people who aren’t miserable with their lives.

Located on the 3rd floor of the building. Really nice testing facility! Everyone is very kind. They offer noise canceling headphones with most tests it seems which is great for focusing and muting out the mouse clicking sounds of everyone testing. Overall a really great, professional, and secure testing experience. I will be scheduling future tests here!

Great service and setting to take your exams. Staff was very informative and friendly. The equipment is is sanitized after each use. Once you’re in the building you will see the signs directing you toward the testing center.

Superior location! If you’re going to test at an San Antonio Pearson this is the spot. Friendly and courteous staff and extremely clean. I tested in south Florida for another exam and the site was a hole in the wall. Very impressed.
