I had my first PT session at Movement State Physical Therapy after knee surgery last week, and I’m really happy I was referred here. Emily, my physical therapist and co-owner, was excellent. She never pushed me too hard and really listened to what I was feeling throughout the session. She explained everything clearly and was always professional, while still creating a relaxed, comfortable environment. Sharon, the receptionist, was also amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She understands the insurance process well and has been great about finding appointments that fit my busy schedule. The facility itself has a great environment. It’s clean and professional without feeling overly clinical, and I mean that in the best way. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Highly recommend Movement State PT, Emily, and Sharon!
Absolutely the BEST physical therapy experience I’ve ever had – and I’ve been to four other clinics before finding Movement State. As a repeat patient, I can honestly say the results I’ve gotten here are nothing short of amazing. The doctors and staff are incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and ridiculously knowledgeable. They catch the tiniest nuances in movement and pain patterns that every other clinic completely missed. I came to Movement State after having shoulder pain for a few years that progressively became worse after being in the gym. During my first visit, and every visit thereafter, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The facility has always been clean during each of my visits. Kevin, my therapist, and each of the techs were a pleasure to work with. I had not been in therapy for years and was skeptical that this would fix my issue, but I truly feel like I have a new shoulder. Thank you Movement State! Movement State far outshines any other physical therapy experiences I’ve had. I was referred by my doctor after having surgery for a torn ACL and have had the best experience with them right from the beginning! I’ve worked primarily with Kevin, but have also worked with David and Emily. The people, and the environment they’ve created, truly turn physical therapy appointments into time I enjoy. Even though the therapy itself can be painful, I haven’t once dreaded an upcoming appointment. Encouragement, laughter, and conversation flows between everyone in the building. The staff is very knowledgeable and communicated well with my doctor through a follow up surgery and navigating my recovery. I recommend Movement State to anyone I come across in need of a PT and couldn’t be happier to have landed here after surgery. ACL recovery is not for the faint of heart and it has been a blessing to have the people of Movement State supporting me through it! Highly recommend!!
Outstanding physical therapy experience with David Ramirez, PT I came to David after a shoulder injury, and the results have been incredible. Not only did he help me regain full mobility, but I actually feel stronger and more flexible than before my accident. David took the time to really understand the root of my issue and created a treatment plan that was both effective and easy to follow. What really impressed me was how he went beyond just recovery — he taught me better ways to stretch and recover after golf, which has noticeably improved my swing and overall game. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who truly knows his craft and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend David.
