The doctors are nice but the way this business is run is a mess. The kidzdoc now app always malfunctions, customer service is usually confused, and billing is all over the place.

I was disappointed with how the front desk handled an urgent situation for my child. I called (no answer) and came in hoping to be seen for an emergency without a scheduled appointment. The waiting room was empty and there were still about 45 minutes before closing, but the receptionist declined to even ask the doctor if we could be worked in. I understand that offices have policies and scheduling rules, but in a pediatric setting I would expect a bit more flexibility and willingness to at least check with the physician in urgent cases.

This Pediatric Associates location is a complete mess. Every time I bring my kids here, something goes wrong. My daughter recently received her 4-year-old vaccinations, yet the office gave me a form with an old expiration date and then refused to fix it, claiming she never got the shots — even though she clearly did. The amount of disorganization is unbelievable. On another visit, I brought my son in, checked in at the front desk, and was told to wait. After sitting for over an hour, I found out the receptionist never checked us in at all. I constantly have to return to this office to get basic paperwork fixed — therapy forms, school forms, vaccination records — all of which should be handled properly the first time. I’ve had to take days off work just to get things corrected. The lack of accountability, attention to detail, and professionalism at this location is unacceptable, especially when it comes to children’s healthcare. I do not recommend this office at all!!!

Doctor is amazing. But one of the girl at frond desk just horrible !!!! Make mistakes with appointments. I show up and she booked for the following month. I take day off to bring my baby to check ups. Today she couldn’t book me because she can’t see the appointments chart. And she didn’t explain why she just said call us. Then I had to go back and the other lady that works on the right side ( she is more professional) explained to me nicely. The young girl horrible. No manners.

I'd like to share my recent experience at Pediatric Associates in Midtown, which unfortunately did not meet the standard l've come to expect as a parent. I brought my youngest son for his annual check-up and my oldest son for a sick visit. During the visit, I noticed that the doctor ( Sarah Lawand) did not perform a thorough examination for my 5-year-old, nor did she offer any guidance or recommendations about his care. There was no discussion about the vaccine he received, including potential side effects. Following the visit, my son experienced significant swelling and redness in his arm, was extremely fussy, and had trouble sleeping for two days. I typically visit the Miami Beach location, where Dr. Pages and Dr. Landeatta consistently provipe thoughtful care and take time to educate parents-something especially important to me since my son is highly sensitive to discomfort. For my older son, I mentioned that his labs needed to be repeated, as noted in a previous doctor's note. The provider appeared frustrated while searching the system and was unable to locate the labs until I showed her the results myself through the patient portal. Additionally, when the medical assistant prepared to administer the vaccine to my youngest, I asked for help holding him due to his strength and tendency to move. At the Miami Beach office, staff always assist with this. However, the assistant simply shook her head and said they couldn't help. This raised safety concerns, as improper administration could lead to complications. Three days later, my son's arm remains swollen and warm to the touch. Overall, | left the visit feeling uneasy and disappointed. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other families and ensures that all locations uphold the same standard of care.
