I went in or a wheel alignment and it went great

I scheduled and appointment to get a wheel alignment. I replaced the entire front end of my 21 ram 1500. Upper and lower control arms, both sides. Both knuckles. Both wheel hub assemblies. Rotors and brakes all around. Coil over leveling kit installed. I took it in and explained to the mechanic the work I performed. With no experience. When he took it in the back he said he would be unable to get it perfectly straight, due to my 22 inch rims. I said that's fine. I just wanted alignment to be as best as it could but more so someone, who has mechanics experience to get in there and look. After All is said and done, the truck pulls hard to the right. The steering wheel is nowhere near straight and after hearing a metal clunking noise at potholes, I crawled up and under to find my sway bar on the driver side was half installed. The bolts to the frame were half way out. I forgot to fully install them and torq. I placed them by hand, torqued the passenger side and failed to go back to the driver side. These guys completely missed a half installed sway bar while performing a wheel alignment. Also my caster bolts are still off. I marked them when installed and they went off. They are still off mark. Which says they did not perform a full wheel alignment. Failure to catch the sway bar and the castor bolts, how much would you trust this shop with your kids in a vehicle? I am highly upset and disappointed. Especially after leaving a $70 tip, thinking they performed wha went for and I was told that everything looks good in the front end.

0 stars. If there was a rating lower than zero they would've earned it. I've been to this location 3 seperate times because it's close to home. I've never been out in less than 3 hours, regardless the job. Each time in I've witnessed multiple people complain about the long wait. On this particular occasion I was there to get 4 new tires, should be quick. 3 hours later I'm finally leaving. After a brief drive I realized they forgot to put air in one of the tires, 9 psi. Reluctantly i filled it but now the car shakes significantly when over 40mph. When I called about the issue I was told (at 445) that all the mechanics leave at 5pm not 7 when the shop closes (which I later confirmed was a lie). When I asked to speak to a manager they declined. Still no resolution. Beware.
