Lots of delicious options and helpful, friendly staff. Not very many pre-packaged options but lots of awesome options available to purchase by weight. The 2 oz minimum is a bit of a bummer but I understand that it makes it more convenient for the employees.

I bought a blood orange black tea from this shop a year ago while I was visiting from out of state. I've been meaning to post a review since I visited, but I'm glad to be able to share now. I had a lovely experience buying in-store. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm still drinking the tea, one year later, and it's still fresh and brews perfectly. It's never been bitter - even when I forget I've started a tea and over-brew it. I hope every tea lover has the opportunity to step into this shop. I recommend it to everyone visiting Seattle.

A lovely experience. I bought a few herbal teas, cannot wait to try them. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. The shop is curated and has an eclectic vibe.

Awesome tea shop tucked away off the main streets. They had an excellent selection and the staff was unbelievably knowledgeable about all things tea related. You can also get a cup of any of their teas brewed to try it. Highly recommend stopping by

Cutest tea spot in the CUTEST alley in all of Seattle. This adorable team room in Post Alley is totally worth the trip. Steps away from Pike Market, it is easy to find, yet a world away. They have a variety of warm and cold teas each day. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the alley is adorable. 10/10!!!!
